Shipping Policy

FinTech Dynasty products are fulfilled through third-party production and logistics partners, including Printify and CJ Dropshipping.

Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination.

1. Order Processing Times

Printify Apparel

• 2–5 business days production time before shipping

CJ Dropshipping Products

• 2–7 business days processing time depending on supplier

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

After processing:

Canada

• 5–12 business days

United States

• 5–10 business days

International

• 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

3. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

If you do not receive tracking within the expected processing window, contact support@fintechdynasty.com.

4. Split Shipments

If you order multiple products:

• Items may ship separately
• You may receive multiple tracking numbers

This is normal when products are fulfilled by different suppliers.

5. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

6. Delivery Issues

FinTech Dynasty is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Lost packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
• Carrier delays beyond our control

If your package appears lost, contact us at support@fintechdynasty.com and we will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.
