Returns & Refund Policy

FinTech Dynasty partners with third-party fulfillment providers including Printify (print-on-demand apparel) and CJ Dropshipping. Because products are manufactured and shipped by external suppliers, return policies vary slightly depending on product type.
Please review the details below before making a purchase.
1. Print-on-Demand Apparel (Printify Products)
All shirts, hoodies, and apparel are made to order.
Because items are custom-printed upon purchase:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
- Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@fintechdynasty.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued if a replacement is not possible.
2. CJ Dropshipping Products
For products fulfilled through CJ Dropshipping:
Return Window
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Return must be approved before shipping
To initiate a return:
- Email support@fintechdynasty.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization instructions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
- Item is defective
- Item was incorrect
- Item arrived damaged
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Worn or washed apparel
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital products
- Gift cards
4. Digital Products
All digital products, downloadable materials, and course access purchases are final sale.

5. Affiliate Products
FinTech Dynasty promotes some products via affiliate partnerships. These items are sold by third-party companies and are subject to the return policies of the original seller.
We do not process returns for affiliate purchases.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
